BTUSA Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items in NEW condition may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange. Products that are not in new condition may be returned at 75% of the current selling price. All items damaged in shipping must be reported within 7 days. Please see "Paddle Returns", "Net System Returns" and "Apparel Returns" for additional information on those specific return policies.
Paddle Returns and Exchanges
Paddles in NEW condition may be exchanged or returned for a full refund or credit. Paddles returned with signs of use (scuffs, scraps, plastic removed from handle, etc.) will be returned at 75% of the current selling price. Customized and abused paddles will not be returned or exchanged. Sale of all used paddles are final.
A paddle will only be exchanged for a replacement paddle of the same model; or, if model is unavailable, a paddle of equal or lesser value. Any difference owed by Beach Tennis USA will be issued in the form of Store Credit. If you would like to upgrade the paddle, a store credit will be issued and applied to more expensive paddle. Customers are responsible for any difference in value.
Net System Returns
Net systems needing to be returned require return authorization from Beach Tennis USA. We can be reached (516) 328-0000 or at info@beachtennisusa.net. Complete Net Systems in NEW condition may be exchanged or returned for a full refund or credit. Incomplete or Used Systems may be exchanged or returned at the discretion of Beach Tennis USA.
Apparel Returns
All apparel must be returned unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached. Apparel that has been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business day for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If the original form of payment cannot be refunded, Beach Tennis USA will issue a store credit. You will be refunded shipping only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or shipping error on our part.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.
Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All shipments are delivered through UPS (United Parcel Service) using their ground shipping delivery method unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Beach Tennis USA can ship products in the Contiguous United States. For products shipping internationally, please note that you will be the importer of record and will thereby be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and all other charges. Because each country is different and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Beach Tennis USA strongly recommends that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. You are also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. Beach Tennis USA cannot issue credit for international packages that are refused or abandoned. You will be charged for any unpaid customs, duties and/or taxes as well as return shipping costs.
